On June 2, 2018, Action Bridge will recognize three Beacons of Change in the Haitian community. If you know any qualified community leader or organizations who meet the criteria below, please submit their names. Self- Nomination is also accepted.
The honoree selected should serve as a role model for compassion, and service and be striving to make the community a better place. He/she should have a passion for helping others in the Haitian community.
Please provide specific, detailed examples to support your nominee. The information provided will be reviewed by the board of Action Bridge to determine the recipient of the awards.
All nominations must be received by April 30, 2018.
1 Beacon of Change in Education
This award is given to an individual or organization to recognize outstanding dedication to the education of children in the Haitian community.

This award is given to an individual or organization to recognize outstanding commitment to the community and inspired leadership for the betterment and progress of the Haitian community.
