Food is our most basic need. Hunger prevents the brain from taking in information properly. Hunger blocks information from going in and being processed.
One of the most important ways in which we can ensure children perform better in school is to provide them with the nutrition necessary for the healthy growth of their minds and bodies.
For almost a decade, Action Bridge has been supporting students, faculties and staffs of Institution Joseph Albert school located in Ste-philomène in the Northern area of Haiti.
In an effort to provide daily healthy meals for students to succeed in the classroom and beyond, Action Bridge is therefore launching Action Bridge Kantin Pwogram (Action Bridge Canteen Program).
It will cost approximately $150 a day to feed about 100 children. We are hoping with your help we can reach our goal.
